What we collect, who handles it, and how to have it removed

We collect three things, and only when you choose to give them: a message if you write to us, an email address if you join The Circle, and the details needed to hold a session if you book one.
Your birth name and date of birth are not collected by this website. The free chart tool runs entirely in your browser. We never see what you type into it, and neither does anyone else.
There are no analytics on this site, no tracking cookies, and no advertising.
The chart tool asks for your full birth name and date of birth. Both are used by your own browser to draw the chart, and then they are gone when you close the page. Nothing you type into the tool is sent to us or to anyone else.
If you choose to join The Circle from that page, what is sent is the numbers and key words from your chart — for example "Physical Karma 6-6, Creativity". Your birth name and date of birth are not sent, and we could not reconstruct them from the numbers.
The contact form collects your name, email address, what you are interested in, and your message. It is handled by Netlify, who host this site: the message is stored in our account there and emailed to us.
We collect your email address, and your first name if you give it — the name is optional and the letters work without it.
If you join from the free chart page, we also store the numbers and key words from the chart you just drew, so the letters can tell you what each position holds. Again: numbers and words, not your birth name or date of birth.
This is handled by Kit, our email provider. Kit records your approximate location from your IP address, and whether you open our emails or click links in them. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link at the foot of every email, which works immediately and without asking us.

Booking is handled by Acuity Scheduling, and payment by Stripe. To prepare a reading we need your full birth name as recorded at birth and your date of birth — the chart is drawn from them, so the work cannot be done without them — along with your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us in the intake form about your intentions and focus areas.
We are conscious this is a more sensitive pairing than most websites ask for. It is used to prepare and deliver your reading, and for nothing else. It is never sold, never shared for marketing, and never used to build a profile of you.
Payment details never reach us. Stripe processes the payment; we see that a payment succeeded, not your card number.
Live sessions are held over Zoom and are recorded, so you have the recording afterwards. Recordings are stored on Vimeo, password protected, and the link and password are given only to you. We delete them after two years.
Loading the site makes a request to a small number of other companies. None of it is advertising, but your IP address is visible to them, and honesty is cheaper than pretending otherwise:
This site sets none, and uses no analytics. The embedded booking calendar and the services above may set their own in the course of doing their jobs.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from children.
