Booking, rescheduling, and what a session is

Sessions are booked and paid for in full at the time of booking, in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe through our scheduling system; we never see your card details.
Overlay & Relationship Readings and Divine Healing Sessions build on your Individual Soul Contract Reading, so that reading needs to have happened first.
You need to be 18 or over to book.
You may reschedule once, free, with at least 24 hours’ notice. The new time needs to be within 90 days of the original.
We ask for the notice because the work starts before you arrive: your practitioner spends 60 to 90 minutes with your chart in advance, preparing for the conversation you asked for.
Sessions are non-refundable once booked. The preparation above is real work, done ahead of time and specific to you, and it cannot be given to anyone else.
A session is forfeited if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, if you need a second reschedule, or if you do not attend. Rescheduling with proper notice is always available, and is the thing to reach for if your plans change.
If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time so that the person after you is not kept waiting.
If we have to cancel or move a session, you choose: a new time, or a full refund. That is your choice to make, not ours.
Serious illness, bereavement and genuine emergencies — yours or ours — are met with common sense rather than policy. Write to us.
Live sessions are recorded so that you have the recording afterwards. It is stored privately, password protected, and the link and password go only to you. We delete recordings after two years. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
Soul Contract readings, Overlay & Relationship Readings, Divine Healing and Name Optimization are offered for reflection, insight and personal exploration.
They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. We do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and we do not promise any particular outcome.
Decisions about your health, your relationships, your money and your life stay with you. That is not a disclaimer about the work — it is the point of it.
If these terms change we will update the date above. Changes do not affect a session already booked.
